We currently ship Australia wide. Delivery for smaller parcels is charged at a flat rate of $12.
Larger and more fragile items will have an additional shipping fees.
To determine the price of your shipping please enter your details at the check-out once desired products are in your cart to see shipping cost.
Some large items require you to contact us for a shipping quote. Please email through a list of your desired items along with your suburb and postcode and we will send you a quote.
Note: Shipping is to the door of building. For large or heavy objects you may require assistance at your end to lift as many shipping carriers can only deliver to the door of premise.

Free Shipping on orders totalling over $150 is available within Australia on many of the smaller items in our store.
To be eligible all items in your cart must be marked on their product page with '* This product is ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING over $150. See our T&C page.'.

To claim free shipping please ensure all items you have selected are eligible for free shipping, then enter the code AR150 at the checkout.

We are also offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on orders over $100 to the following suburbs: Cronulla, Woolooware, Burraneer, Caringbah.
This is for small goods only. Larger items such as furniture, art and mirrors not included.
We currently do not ship items internationally.
We aim to keep our website as up to date and accurate as possible, however as we are also a retail shopfront, on the rare occasion products may be purchased in store and online at the same time.
Should this situation occur we will contact you to inform you that your requested product is no longer available and offer to order in the product for you if possible or for a full refund.

PRE-ORDER dates are provisional and although we do receive most stock on time we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for your time, or services you've paid for if there are delays or non supply of product. In the event that we do not receive all of an order from a supplier, we will contact any customers whom have missed out with either alternatives or refunds as mentioned above.
If you are ordering a pre-order item on the same transaction as 'in stock' items they will all ship together once all items are in stock.
CUSTOMER ORDER / FURNITURE items that are ordered in to store specifically for a customer can not be exchanged or refunded. Should you wish to cancel this order you will forfeit the deposit required to place this order.

If you see an out of stock item that you are interested in please contact us if you are interested in us attempting to order this product for you.
There may also be additional stock in store not listed on our website.
- Should you feel your purchased item is not right for you we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note.
- There is no exchange on sale items .
- Items listed on the product page as 'check wait time / availability' are frequently custom ordered into store specifically for your order, therefore there is no exchange or refund on these items.
For any returns you will need to contact us in writing within 5 days of receiving your your item. For exchange or credit note you will need to return the item to us within 10 days of receiving it.
Any returned items must be in original 'new and unused' condition. This requires all original tags and items unused, unworn and unsoiled.
We are unable to accept items that are not in original sale condition.
Items are to be returned to Apache Rose at your shipping expense.
Your credit note or exchange will be less the freight charges, we cannot compensate for freight.
Exchange or credit note will only be issued once item has been received by Apache Rose.
Credit note is valid for 3 years.
If the item you receive is faulty or not the correct product ordered you can apply for a refund or exchange. Apache Rose will asses the item once returned to determine that this is the case and if approved a credit or refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Apache Rose strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, however it may contain errors or be inaccurate at the time of viewing. Apache Rose nor it's employees will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to use of this website.
Under no circumstances will Apache Rose be held liable for any material downloaded, obtained through, linked to this site. This applies to direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, data or other damage.
Please note colours can appear different on due to viewing on computer monitor.
